In the comment on our paper “Long-term Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, Combined with Augmentative Communication, are Related to Uncinate Fasciculus Integrity in Autism” (Pardini et al. 2011), the author of the letter maintains that the description of the variable Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) was “clear and precise”, while the description of the communication and behavioral interventions “appeared to lack clarity and precision for replication”. …
