Luxatie van het vijfde carpometacarpale gewricht

Samenvatting

Dorsale luxatie van het vijfde carpometacarpale gewricht is een zeldzame en snel gemiste diagnose. Vroege herkenning en anatomische reductie is essentieel voor goede langetermijnuitkomsten. K-draadfixatie is niet noodzakelijk in geval van dorsale luxatie zonder fracturen en stabiliteit na gesloten reductie.
