10. Ontwikkeling en selectie van implementatiestrategieën

Samenvatting

Na de analyse van invoeringsproblemen worden idealiter strategieën of maatregelen gekozen of ontwikkeld die zo goed mogelijk aansluiten bij de resultaten van de diagnostische analyse. Globaal kunnen exploratieve en theoriegestuurde methoden worden onderscheiden. Een systematische aanpak wordt in alle gevallen aanbevolen evenals het betrekken van de doelgroep bij de ontwikkeling. Wat betreft het veranderingsmechanisme kunnen onder meer sturende en informerende interventies worden onderscheiden. Implementatie-interventies kunnen aangrijpen op verschillende fasen in een veranderingsproces. Het verdient uiteraard aanbeveling om kennis over de effectiviteit van implementatiestrategieën op het onderhavige terrein te betrekken bij de keuze.
