Goede prognose voor terugverwezen hartinfarctpatiënten

Samenvatting

Het is belangrijk om te achterhalen welke ST-elevatiemyocardinfarctpatiënten tot de laagrisicogroep behoren, zodat ze naar de huisarts terugverwezen kunnen worden. Wij onderzochten wat de prognose is van patiënten met een ST-elevatiemyocardinfarct die na 1 jaar behandeling volgens een specifiek protocol naar de huisarts zijn terugverwezen.
