Geïsoleerde visuele hallucinaties en visuoconstructieve stoornissen: een diagnostisch dilemma

Samenvatting

Een patiënte met terugkerende hallucinaties en constructieve apraxie zonder aanwijzingen voor dementie, delier of een psychose wordt gepresenteerd als diagnostisch dilemma. De 84-jarige, verzorgd uitziende vrouw wordt verwezen wegens terugkerende visuele (pseudo)hallucinaties. Zij is welbespraakt, helder en lijkt over een bovengemiddelde intelligentie te beschikken. Zij is opgeleid tot apothekersassistente.
