8. Beïnvloedende factoren bij implementatie

Samenvatting

Een goede diagnostische analyse van de doelgroep en setting is cruciaal in elk verbeterprogramma. Een systematische benadering van implementatie omvat een analyse van individuen en organisaties die een belang of doel hebben bij een veranderingsproces. De knelpunten en prikkels kunnen worden geordend naar inhoudelijke domeinen: individuele factoren (gerelateerd aan zorgverleners of anderen) sociale factoren (die te maken hebben met de teams en netwerken van zorgverleners), organisatorische factoren (gerelateerd aan zorginstellingen of eerstelijnspraktijken), maatschappelijke factoren (die te maken hebben met het zorgsysteem). In elke groep die een nieuwe werkwijze invoert, kunnen ‘segmenten’ worden onderscheiden.
