Samenvatting

Vincristine, een belangrijk geneesmiddel bij de behandeling van kinderen met kanker, wordt door de brede toepasbaarheid en geringe beenmergsuppressie vaak gecombineerd met andere chemotherapie in talrijke behandelprotocollen. Het is de moeite waard om te proberen de behandeling met vincristine te optimaliseren.
