Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) in daily pediatric practice are effective in increasing discussion about emotional and psychosocial functioning. Therefore, we developed KLIK, a web based program with electronic PROs (ePROs), intended for pediatric patients visiting the outpatient clinic and their parents. They complete questionnaires at home via
www.hetklikt.nu before consultation. The pediatrician discusses the KLIK ePROs during the consultation to monitor the patient’s well-being over time, to detect problems at an early stage and to provide tailored interventions.
