Samenvatting

Ze weten het best, dat het desinfecteren van de handen ziekenhuisinfecties kan voorkomen. En toch doen artsen en verpleegkundigen het vaak niet op de momenten dat ze het wel zouden moeten doen. Hoe komt dat? En valt er iets aan te veranderen?
