Abstract

Aan de hand van een casus behandelen wij de voor de eerste lijn relevante cardiale problemen die in de zwangerschap kunnen voorkomen. De begeleiding van vrouwen die uitgebreid bekend zijn met cardiale pathologie hoort thuis in de tweede lijn, bij voorkeur in gespecialiseerde tertiaire centra.
