3. Effectieve implementatie van verbetering in de zorg: een systematische aanpak

Samenvatting

In dit hoofdstuk wordt een planmatige aanpak voor implementatie gepresenteerd, die ten grondslag ligt aan het boek. De stappen zijn: vaststellen van een voorstel voor verandering, analyse van de feitelijke zorg en vaststellen van concrete veranderdoelen, probleemanalyse van doelgroep en setting, keuze en ontwikkeling van implementatiestrategieën (gebaseerd op de probleemanalyse), opstellen en uitvoeren van een plan voor implementatie en evaluatie, integratie van bereikte veranderingen in routines, gevolgd door herhaalde evaluatie en zonodig bijstelling. Aanbevolen wordt een incrementele aanpak, waarin steeds wordt geleerd van reeds gezette stappen en waarin de aanpak steeds wordt bijgesteld als dat nodig is.
