Samenvatting

Voedselallergie is een veelvoorkomend probleem, waaraan gedacht kan worden op basis van anamnese en aanvullend onderzoek. Om voedselallergie aan te tonen dan wel te verwerpen, is een voedselprovocatie geïndiceerd. In dit consensusstandpunt van de sectie kinderallergologie worden de indicaties, de uitvoering en de voor- en nadelen van open en dubbelblinde placebogecontroleerde voedselprovocaties besproken.
