De zin van postoperatieve pijnbestrijding: voorkomen blijft beter dan genezen!

Samenvatting

Postoperatieve pijn is de meest voorkomende geplande pijn die er bestaat. Tegelijkertijd is het ook de meest geplande uitdaging om deze pijn adequaat te voorkómen en te bestrijden. Wanneer postoperatieve pijn chronisch is geworden, is er sprake van een ziekte, omdat het zenuwstelsel zowel functioneel als morfologisch verandert! Voorkomen blijft ook hier dus beter dan genezen.postoperatieve pijn pijnstilling chronische pijn neuropathische pijn
