Abstract

Een patiënt wordt beter; een kind slaagt voor het vwo-examen; iemand voelt pijn; iemand bedenkt iets nieuws – helaas slaagt het individu in kwestie er niet in deze informatie over te brengen. Waarom? Vanwege de ouderdom? Omdat degenen die de informatie moeten ontvangen het niet begrijpen? Is er een ziekteproces aan de gang dat het communicatieproces ondergraaft?
