Samenvatting

In dit hoofdstuk bespreken we fysisch-chemische achtergronden die van belang zijn bij de bereiding van oplossingen, colloïdale systemen, suspensies en emulsies. De principes worden (vooral) geïllustreerd aan de hand van FNA-voorschriften en de samenstelling van handelsproducten. Achtereenvolgens komen oplosbaarheid, reologie, grensvlakken en grensvlakactieve stoffen, disperse systemen en osmose aan de orde. Dit hoofdstuk is vooral bedoeld om de fysische chemie die in andere hoofdstukken ter sprake komt toe te lichten.
