Samenvatting

In dit artikel wordt de casus besproken van een capitellumfractuur die met biologisch afbreekbare polylactaatschroeven succesvol werd behandeld. Aansluitend geven wij een literatuuroverzicht van de verschillende behandelingsmogelijkheden van capitellumfracturen, met bijzondere aandacht voor de osteosynthese met biologisch afbreekbaar fixatiemateriaal.
