Bruikbaarheid en psychometrische eigenschappen

Samenvatting

De bruikbaarheid en psychometrische eigenschappen van de NederlandstaligeClinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation - Outcome Measure (CORE-OM) zijn onderzocht in een tweedelijns ambulante ggz-populatie van zeventien jaar en ouder en in een steekproef uit de volwassen bevolking. Bij 2.528 van de 10.988 cliënten die vanaf oktober 2008 werden behandeld, waren CORE-OM-metingen beschikbaar voorafgaand en na afloop van de therapie. De uitkomsten laten zien dat de CORE-OM bruikbaar is als instrument voorroutine outcome monitoring (ROM). Het instrument heeft een hoge interne consistentie. De CORE-OM bleek gevoelig voor verandering in de klinische toestand van cliënten. Gemiddelde beginscores waren iets lager dan in vergelijkbare buitenlandse populaties. Normscores voor klinisch significante verandering konden worden afgeleid uit de vergelijking met scores uit de normale populatie.
