Milieutherapie op basis van leertheoretische principes in een forensisch–psychiatrische kliniek

Abstract

In de klinische gedragstherapie blijft de milieutherapie beperkt tot het geheel van faciliterende factoren die de individuele behandeling ondersteunen. In de TBS–kliniek Veldzicht is een gedragstherapeutisch behandelmodel ontwikkeld dat heeft geleid tot een specifieke vormgeving van het milieu. Operante technieken staan in dit model centraal. Dit operante milieumodel wordt beschreven en geplaatst tegen het licht van het supportieve milieumodel dat geïndiceerd wordt geacht voor een TBS–populatie. Integratie tussen leertheoretische principes en supportief milieutherapeutische uitgangspunten wordt bepleit.
