I have shamelessly co-opted, and slightly modified, the title of Jimmy Buffet’s song to reflect a small but important change in the focus of Cognitive Therapy and Research. The journal has always published special issues on topics that are timely, important, and relevant to understanding cognitive variables in dysfunction. Special issues twice before appeared that have focused on cognitive approaches to health psychology. The fact that two special issues of the journal have examined health psychology is a reflection of not only the growth of health psychology as important area of inquiry and pursuit, but also reflects the importance of understanding cognition in health functioning. …
