Samenvatting

Informatie over het functioneren van kinderen kan verkregen worden op verschillende niveaus van het ICF-CY-model. In hoofdstuk 6A zijn vooral instrumenten besproken die informatie geven over het functioneren op het niveau van activiteiten en participatie. In dit hoofdstuk gaat het om ‘generieke instrumenten’ die gebruikt kunnen worden om verschillende gezondheidsgerelateerde uitkomsten te meten. De instrumenten binnen dit hoofdstuk geven dus geen beeld van specifieke onderdelen van het functioneren binnen het ICF-CY-model, maar trachten juist een overkoepelend en multidimensionaal beeld te geven van het functioneren en de subjectieve waarde die de persoon hieraan verbindt.
