Samenvatting

Informatie over het functioneren van kinderen kan op verschillende niveaus van het ICF-CY-model verkregen worden. In dit deel van hoofdstuk 6 wordt besproken welke instrumenten beschikbaar zijn om het functioneren van kinderen op lichaamsfunctie-, activiteiten- en participatieniveau in kaart te kunnen brengen. Sommige instrumenten meten duidelijk één concept op één bepaald niveau, andere instrumenten meten het functioneren in termen van meerdere concepten op meerdere niveaus (zie tabel 6.2 voor een overzicht van de instrumenten en het ICFCY-niveau dat zij beogen te meten). In hoofdstuk 6B wordt een overzicht gegeven van instrumenten die inzicht geven in de kwaliteit van leven van kinderen.
