Samenvatting

In het eerste gedeelte wordt het Belgische beleid betreffende gezondheidszorg toegelicht, zowel op federaal als op regionaal niveau. Het gezondheidszorgbeleid is complex, aangezien de bevoegdheden verdeeld zijn tussen het federaal niveau, de gemeenschappen en de gewesten.
