18 Complexe implementatiestrategieën

Samenvatting

  • Geen enkele combinatie van implementatiestrategieën biedt een garantie voor succes; ook complexe strategieën zijn niet altijd effectief.
  • De strategiekeuze dient gekoppeld te zijn aan de uitkomsten van de diagnostische analyse en aan de bevorderende en belemmerende factoren die daarin zijn opgespoord.
  • Het is aannemelijk dat complexe strategieën gebaseerd op een diagnostische analyse effectiever zijn dan enkelvoudige standaardstrategieën, omdat meerdere barrières kunnen worden weggenomen.
  • De effectiviteit van een complexe strategie wordt bepaald door de effectiviteit van de separate strategieën waaruit deze is samengesteld en door de interactie tussen de afzonderlijke strategieën, die het totale effect kan doen toe- of afnemen.
  • De effectiviteit van complexe strategieën moet worden afgezet tegen de kosten, die meestal hoger zijn dan bij minder complexe combinaties en enkelvoudige strategieën.
