19 Planning van het implementatieproces

Samenvatting

Het verdient aanbeveling, ongeacht de omvang en ambitie van het implementatieproject, een plan voor het implementatieproces te maken.
Hierin regelt men een aantal zaken, zoals:
- opbouw van de implementatieactiviteiten volgens fasen in een veranderingsproces;
- planning van activiteiten op verschillende niveaus van het gezondheidszorgsysteem;
- planning van activiteiten in de tijd;
- inbouwen van de activiteiten in bestaande systemen voor kwaliteitsverbetering;
- testen van de gekozen strategieën en interventies;
- definiëren van doelen en indicatoren voor de evaluatie;
- verankeren van verandering in bestaande routines.
