Samenvatting

Op uw spreekuur komt een 48-jarige man. Hij klaagt over witte, koude vingers. Hij is muziekleraar slagwerk en geeft les in het bespelen van Afrikaanse drums, maar hij kan zijn beroep niet meer uitoefenen. De klachten zijn enkele maanden geleden langzaam ontstaan en zijn de laatste weken duidelijk progressief.
