Samenvatting

Op uw spreekuur komt een 42-jarige man. Hij is altijd goed gezond geweest en hij heeft nooit klachten gehad. Hij heeft altijd veel gesport. Sinds enkele maanden heeft hij klachten over een moe gevoel in de rechterarm. Soms gaan de klachten gepaard met pijn die uitstraalt naar de nek en arm en met tintelingen in de rechterarm. Hij kan zijn werk als computerprogrammeur niet meer goed verrichten.
