10 Ontwikkeling of selectie van strategieën voor verandering

Samenvatting

  • Er is een groot aantal interventies (strategieën, programma’s en maatregelen) beschikbaar om verbeteringen in de zorgverlening te implementeren:
    • professionalgerichte strategieën;
    • patiëntgerichte strategieën;
    • marktgerichte maatregelen;
    • organisatorische maatregelen;
    • wettelijke maatregelen/regelgeving.
  • Op zich is geen van deze interventies superieur in alle situaties voor alle gewenste veranderingen; het kiezen van strategieën voor verandering vindt idealiter op zorgvuldige wijze plaats.
  • Bij de selectie of ontwikkeling van strategieën om innovaties te implementeren houdt men zo goed mogelijk rekening met:
    • uitkomsten van de ‘diagnostische analyse’ van de doelgroep en de setting van implementatie; >>
    • bestaande kennis van effectieve implementatie en resultaten van goed opgezette onderzoeken en systematische reviews op het terrein van implementatiestrategieën;
    • fasen in het proces van implementatie en verandering in de praktijk; onder meer het onderscheid tussen disseminatie en implementatie.
