Samenvatting

Reuma noduli komen meestal subcutaan voor, maar kunnen optreden in alle bindweefselcomponenten van andere organen, vaak op punten van druk en wrijving. Hoewel bijna pathognomonisch voor reumatoïde artritis (RA), is er een aantal condities waaronder soortgelijke noduli kunnen optreden, zoals systemisch lupus erythematodes (SLE), granuloma annulare, lepra en necrobiosis diabeticorum (1).
