Abstract

Ondervoeding bij ziekte is een belangrijk probleem in de Nederlandse gezondheidszorg. Uit de gegevens van de Landelijke Prevalentiemeting Zorgproblemen (LPZ) blijkt dat één op de vijf patiënten in Nederlandse zorginstellingen ondervoed is. Tevens blijkt dat de helft van alle patiënten het risico loopt om ondervoed te raken.¹⁾
