Spiraal-CT met 3D-reconstructie ter evaluatie van lisfranc-luxatiefracturen

Abstract

Graag danken wij de auteurs voor het onder de aandacht brengen van letsels in het gewricht van Lisfranc. 1 Begrip voor het traumamechanisme en een ‘high index of suspicion’ bevorderen het vroeg stellen van de juiste diagnose, hetgeen niet altijd eenvoudig is. 2 Zoals de auteurs hebben aangegeven, leidt het missen van de diagnose vaak tot morbiditeit.
