Samenvatting

Sinds 2008 hebben enkele elkaar snel opvolgende crises de welvarende Westerse samenlevingen uit hun droom van voortgaande groei gehaald en hun destructieve sporen achtergelaten. Hoewel deze stormen aan weinigen ongemerkt voorbij zijn gegaan, hebben ze de meest kwetsbare groepen extra hard getroffen.
