Abstract

Zoals bij elke pathologie kan de voorgeschiedenis reeds een aantal aspecten verhelderen en een richting duiden naar diagnostiek en latere therapie. In het geval de patiënt in een goed bewuste toestand is, kan door middel van communicatie niet alleen bijkomende informatie gewonnen worden in de zin van een klassieke anamnese (wanneer en hoe alles is ontstaan; welke specifieke klachten er zijn e.d.) maar kan er ook een idee gevormd worden over de cognitie, alertheid en accuraatheid.
