Gedragstherapie bij een eigenzinnige adolescente met dwang

Samenvatting

Maud, een zestienjarige adolescent, komt voor behandeling van een dwangstoornis. Haar dwanggedachten zijn haar belangrijkste klacht. Een eerdere behandeling had volgens haar te weinig effect; zij vond de cognitieve therapie lastig en vervelend. De vraag rijst of dwanggedachten ook zonder CT behandeld kunnen worden. Ja, blijkt uit het verloop van de behandeling, en ook uit literatuuronderzoek. Lees hier een sprekend voorbeeld van een evidencebased aanpak in de praktijk.
