Samenvatting

Blaaskatheterisatie wordt meestal toegepast indien gecontroleerde spontane mictie niet mogelijk is. Dit kan een eenmalige katheterisatie zijn,of er kan een langdurige blaaskatheter worden ingebracht. Ook het vervangen van een suprapubische verblijfskatheter wordt in dit hoofdstuk besproken.
