Samenvatting

Bij een collum femoris fractuur is de behandeling van keuze operatief, tenzij de kop dusdanig stabiel in valgus/abductie is ingestuikt dat bewegen en belasten niet tot instabiliteit, maar juist tot consolidatie leiden.
