Samenvatting

Ernstige IgE-gemedieerde reacties door insecten worden in Nederland veroorzaakt door insecten met een angel. De meest voorkomende in Nederland zijn steken van wespen, gevolgd door bijen en in zeldzame gevallen hommels.
