Samenvatting

Problemen die bij dementie optreden in het geheugen, het gedrag en het nemen van initiatief, leiden vaak tot beperkingen in het uitvoeren van dagelijkse en sociale activiteiten. Deze beperkingen zijn van grote invloed op het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van mensen met dementie en hun mantelzorgers.
