Samenvatting

Voor elk mens is het belangrijk om emotioneel in balans te zijn. Dit gaat gepaard met gevoelens van het naar je zin hebben, wellicht zelfs geluk ervaren, vrij van angst of bedreigende gevoelens zijn, het gevoel om te kunnen gaan met de wereld waarin je leeft. Maar het begrip ‘balans’ geeft ook aan dat het handhaven ervan een dynamisch proces is.
