Hoe verhoog je de therapietrouw bij oncologische patiënten met chemo- of immuuntherapie?

Samenvatting

Oncologische patiënten die chemo- of immuuntherapie krijgen, volgen de medicatievoorschriften niet altijd op. Dit is juist noodzakelijk om bijwerkingen te beperken en de therapie zo effectief mogelijk te laten verlopen. Gebrekkige therapietrouw kan ongunstige gevolgen hebben voor de gezondheid van de patiënt en voor de behandelrelatie met de zorgprofessional. Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat oncologische patiënten die chemo- of immuuntherapie ondergaan de medicatievoorschriften opvolgen?
