Samenvatting

Hallux valgus is een veelvoorkomende aandoening, die lastig en pijnlijk kan zijn en die men vaak lelijk vindt. De prevalentie varieert tussen de 2 en 44%, afhankelijk van de bestudeerde populatie en de inclusiecriteria.1 De prevalentie neemt toe met de leeftijd. Ongeveer 33% van de volwassenen
