Elektromyografie van gelaatsspieren en emoties

Abstract

Emoties kunnen leiden tot allerlei gelaatsuitdrukkingen. Bij deze verschillende expressies zijn de spieren van het gelaat in wisselende combinaties actief. Dit artikel beschrijft welke mogelijkheden de elektromyografie (emg) van gelaatsspieren biedt om emoties te bepalen. Ten slotte worden enkele praktische toepassingen besproken.
