Samenvatting

In 2004 is in het kader van het programma Resultaten Scoren de ‘Richtlijn Detox: verantwoord ontgiften door ambulante of intramurale detoxificatie’ opgesteld (Resultaten Scoren, 2004). De Richtlijn Detox biedt een basis voor het handelen van arts en verpleegkundige. IrisZorg

IrisZorg is de juridische opvolger van De Grift, Gelders Centrum voor Verslavingszorg, na fusie met enkele instellingen voor maatschappelijke opvang in Gelderland.
