Samenvatting

Om de passage van het kind door het baringskanaal te kunnen begrijpen is inzicht nodig in de mechanismen van de normale baring. Bij het beschrijven van deze mechanismen worden de hieronder beschreven definities in dit hoofdstuk gehanteerd.
