51. Bovenste tractus digestivus bij kinderen

Samenvatting

Dit hoofdstuk betreft (congenitale) aandoeningen en vaak voorkomende chirurgische interventies van de bovenste tractus digestivus bij kinderen. De volgende aandoeningen worden besproken: oesofagusatresie, gastro-oesofageale refluxziekte, pylorushypertrofie, duodenumatresie, malrotatie, dunnedarmatresie. Behalve de toelichting op het ziektebeeld zelf en de behandeling in de vorm van chirurgische interventies komen daarbij ook de anatomie, etiologie, epidemiologie, anamnese, diagnostiek, en de lichamelijke en beeldvormende onderzoeksmogelijkheden ter sprake.
