Samenvatting

Klassieke NSAID’s remmen cyclo-oxygenase 1 en 2. Door cyclo-oxygenase 1 worden ontstekingsverschijnselen geremd en door cyclo-oxygenase 2 ontstaan gastro-intestinale lesies, worden de trombocytenfuncties geremd en kan er renale disfunctie optreden.
