Samenvatting

Voor het goed functioneren van alle lichaamsfuncties is een juiste verhouding van vocht, zout en mineralen in de lichaamsvloeistoffen nodig. Daarnaast dient er een optimaal evenwicht te zijn tussen zure en basische producten van de stofwisseling.
