Samenvatting

Hari Babu is een 9-jarige jongen met een cerebrale parese, ook wel cerebrale bewegingsstoornis genoemd. Hij woont in Zuid-Oost-India, in de staat Andhra Pradesh. Daar wonen 75 miljoen mensen, voornamelijk op het platteland.
