Samenvatting

» In het kader van het bieden van vraaggerichte zorg is hulpvraagverheldering een belangrijk onderdeel van het fysiotherapeutisch handelen. Bij kinderen ligt de hulpvraag meestal op participatieniveau en de formulering ervan is voor kind en ouders vaak moeilijk. Meetinstrumenten kunnen dit proces ondersteunen en de functioneringsproblemen inzichtelijk maken. Een aantal voorbeelden van meetinstrumenten voor hulpvraagverheldering en participatie wordt in dit hoofdstuk besproken.
