Samenvatting

De snelle groei van het aandeel ouderen in de populatie is er, samen met de gevolgen van het rookgedrag van die generatie, de oorzaak van dat de huisarts een toenemend aantal patiënten met ernstige respiratoire insufficiëntie in zijn praktijk ziet.
