Saturday-night palsy is een tijdelijke paralyse van de arm na compressie van de n. radialis ter hoogte van de humerus.
Kenmerkend is de afhangende hand (dropping hand); soms is er ook verminderd gevoel tussen duim en wijsvinger.
Meestal treedt binnen enkele dagen spontaan herstel op; soms duurt het herstel maanden.
